Internal Service Advisor coordinates communication between the service department, used vehicle operations, technicians, and parts department; writes and manages repair orders; monitors repair progress and timelines; communicates estimates and status updates to management and customers; supports internal and after-sales service needs in a fast-paced Burlington, VT dealership environment, with a focus on organized workflows and exemplary customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience or interest in automotive service a plus
