Job Summary
Internal Service Advisor role bridging sales and service to ensure sold RV units are prepped accurately and delivered on time. Responsibilities include reviewing internal service work orders for accuracy, coordinating workflow with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team, ensuring units are prepped per dealership standards, tracking status of internal jobs, assisting with documentation, parts coordination, warranty processes, supporting inventory tracking, and maintaining service records. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with computer-based systems, and the ability to collaborate across departments to avoid delays; willingness to work Saturdays and pass a background and drug test.
