Job Summary

Responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, or online platform. This includes operating the hotline to manage complaints and enquiries regarding underwriting, policy owner service, and claims. The role requires making outbound calls for follow-ups and properly documenting call activities while collaborating with AIAHK business partners to resolve issues. Candidates must have a secondary education and relevant experience, especially in customer service within the insurance sector is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary education graduate with 4 years working experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service
  • Hands-on experience in customer service
  • Basic insurance or MPF knowledge would be definitely an advantage
  • Obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2,3,5)
  • Obtain the relevant license(s) if job involves regulated activities
