Job Summary
Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and write detailed repair orders while providing cost estimates. Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure seamless communication between the customer and service department. Review multi-point inspections, deliver proactive status updates, and resolve concerns promptly. Promote service specials and maintenance plans to drive customer satisfaction and upsell services efficiently. Maintain high-volume service drives and explain technical repairs clearly. Valid driver's license required. Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or Business preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience
- Automotive service, retail, or hospitality background

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field
- 1-2+ years of dealership service advisor experience
- Proven record of driving CSI
- Experience in upselling maintenance services
- Experience managing high-volume service drives
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Familiarity with manufacturer warranty processes
- Knowledge of multi-point inspections
- Knowledge of service upselling techniques
