Job Summary
Meet with customers to determine repair and service needs while monitoring vehicle progress and updating them frequently. Oversee technicians' time management, parts ordering, and job completion times, and participate in quality control. Build customer relations to increase satisfaction and profitability through retail promotions. Maintain ethical business standards and develop standard operating procedures as appropriate. Valid driver's license and automotive service advisor experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial driver's license & clean driving record
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
- Automotive service advisor experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Multitasking skills
- Proficient use of computers/business machines
