Job Summary
Serve as the liaison between customers and the service department: greet customers, listen to concerns, provide expert advice on maintenance and repairs, schedule appointments, coordinate service workflow, communicate vehicle issues and recommended repairs with technicians, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset; training is available for the right candidate. In-person role at Hunter Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a customer service, retail, or automotive role (Previous Advisor experience is a plus!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple repair orders simultaneously
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes or basic understanding of vehicle mechanics
- Proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to honesty and continuous improvement
