Job Summary
Manage customer interactions from drop-off through vehicle delivery, preparing estimates per manufacturer and company guidelines while partnering with insurance partners to manage claims. Coordinate with technicians to confirm damage identification, maintain clear communication with customers, and perform quality inspections prior to delivery. Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction scores and integrity throughout the repair process. This role supports Classic Collision's mission to provide quality service with safety and honesty, offering competitive commission-based pay, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
- Successful completion of background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills
