Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive; listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues; create and manage repair orders in the dealership management system; communicate recommended services, timelines, and estimates clearly to customers; coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs; provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process; promote maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended repairs when appropriate; ensure a positive customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment strongly preferred
- Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of maintenance and repair processes
- Comfortable using computers, dealership software, and digital inspection tools
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high CSI scores
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
