Job Summary
The Service Advisor serves as the dealership face for service customers, presenting and selling needed products/services, generating accurate repair estimates, coordinating with technicians, scheduling appointments, and ensuring adherence to warranty guidelines and CSI targets. Responsibilities include greeting customers, obtaining vehicle information, building rapport, advising on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications, communicating completion times, handling service calls, and following procedures to drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass pre-employment screening. Prior automotive Service Advisor experience is heavily preferred.
