Job Summary
Greet service department customers promptly and courteously, then listen to each customer to clearly articulate repair needs to techs. Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs, review and explain repairs with customers, and handle minor concerns or complaints. Upsell recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods, sell and manage extended warranties, and inspect repair quality to ensure all work is complete. Follow up on each repair, keep customers informed of progress, and notify them when vehicles are ready for pickup. Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores in accordance with dealership standards while keeping the Service Manager informed of all problems.
