Job Summary
Service Advisor at Hiley Automotive Group to oversee service orders and Drive Lane flow, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous service. Take ownership of the customer experience by handling additional assignments to leave a positive impression, and provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person. Manage daily technicians’ time to maximize service sales, answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, and maintain customer satisfaction scores in line with company standards while adhering to policies and regulations.
