Job Summary
Greet customers arriving in the maintenance area, listen to vehicle concerns, and conduct thorough inspections while checking for recalls. Retrieve mileage and VIN numbers, examine service schedules, and maintain rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates. Submit warranty documentation, verify coverage, prepare detailed repair orders, and obtain necessary approvals. Enter orders into the service database, monitor repair progress, and ensure timely completion. Review completed jobs, collect payments, and close service orders.
