Job Summary
Greet customers and consult on vehicle service needs while adhering to manufacturer's warranty specifications. Schedule and manage service appointments, provide service estimates, and address customer complaints. Perform service writing duties and ensure accurate documentation of vehicle service care. This role offers a salary range of $31,200.00 - $120,000.00 with training and mentoring opportunities. The position is located at Heritage Mazda Bel Air (Zip 21047) within MileOne Autogroup, the largest automotive sales and service network in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, preferred
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Computer software proficiency
- Internet proficiency
- General mathematic skills
