Job Summary
Service Advisor at Audi South Austin responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services; scheduling service; advising customers on necessary services; generating itemized estimates of parts and labor; entering estimates on service orders; coordinating with technicians; maintaining CSI and upholding dealership core values; performing required training and complying with safety and company policies; interacting with customers and service staff to ensure satisfactory vehicle service delivery.
Required Qualifications
