Job Summary
Responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for customers at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte. Duties include advising customers on necessary services, scheduling appointments, computing costs for repairs, and maintaining customer satisfaction standards. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in automotive or customer service industries. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have intermediate computer skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
