Job Summary
Service Advisor at Audi South Austin is responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers, advising customers on necessary services, computing and communicating costs for parts and labor, entering itemized estimates, and scheduling service appointments. The role emphasizes coordinating with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, presenting the cost estimates, maintaining customer satisfaction (CSI), and upholding the dealership’s core values and policies. Requires automotive/customer service experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work standard dealership hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position involves interaction with customers, service managers, and technicians, and may involve road tests and exposure to typical service environment conditions.
Required Qualifications
