Job Summary
Responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair for customers. The Service Advisor works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, advises on necessary and recommended services, computes cost of replacement parts and labor, and estimates repair costs. The role requires maintaining dealership standards, scheduling service appointments, and managing documentation. Key skills include strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, along with knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
