Job Summary
Responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers. Duties include advising on necessary services, scheduling appointments, computing costs, and maintaining dealership standards for repair and production. The candidate should possess customer service skills, a working knowledge of vehicle operations, and experience in automotive or customer service industries. Regular attendance is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries
- Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
- Ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and other web based applications utilized for operations
