Job Summary
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience, creating transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates. Communicate with technicians and the parts team to guarantee timely service completion while providing regular updates on vehicle status. Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information, engaging with customers throughout the day to provide clear communication and a seamless experience. Requires Automotive Service Advisor experience, previous dealership background, and availability to work Saturdays. Valid driver's license and high school diploma required.
