Job Summary
Conduct daily customer interactions to address service inquiries, explain vehicle mechanical operations, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with service technicians while maintaining excellent oral and written communication. Apply basic computer skills to process service orders and utilize retail experience to handle customer service challenges. This entry-level role prepares associates for advancement within the Gerald family-owned dealership group, which has served the Chicago area since the mid-1930s.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
