Job Summary
Service Advisor at Gabrielli Truck Sales handles customer intake and satisfaction, communicates updates across platforms, performs visual vehicle inspections, tracks and closes work orders (including invoicing and warranty claims), collaborates with sales/leasing/parts, uses diagnostic tools and software (CDK, Decisiv, Outlook), creates estimates and obtains customer approval, and ensures adherence to manufacturer guidelines while delivering proactive, professional service in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree minimum
- 1 year dealership and/or similar experience
- CDK experience preferred not mandatory
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technician write ups, manufacturer documents and summarize in grammatically correct format
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google and general computer basics
