Job Summary
Service Advisor at Gabrielli Truck Sales. Responsible for greeting and intake of customers, updating on case status across platforms, coordinating with sales, accounting, leasing and parts to ensure proper workflow for repairs, generating estimates, obtaining customer approval, processing work orders, invoicing and warranty interactions, and communicating effectively with customers and dealer/manufacturer contacts. Requires an associate degree minimum, 1 year dealership or similar experience, strong written/spoken communication, multitasking, proficiency with Microsoft Office and related platforms, attention to detail, and a professional, proactive approach to customer service and problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree minimum
- 1 year dealership and/or similar experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technician write ups, manufacturer documents and summarize in grammatically correct format
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, computer basics
- Strong attention to detail
- Multitasking and time-management
- Professional, courteous, and proactive
- Ability to serve customers with a commitment to excellence and follow-up
- CDK experience preferred not mandatory
