Job Summary
Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and create repair orders with accurate estimates. Communicate technician findings, obtain approvals, and coordinate with Parts and Technicians on timelines. Handle phone calls, scheduling, and appointment management while reviewing MPI results and closing repair orders. Assist with customer transportation and rental arrangements to maintain CSI expectations and follow-up processes. Support warranty documentation as needed. Full-time role including Saturdays; compensation ranges from $48,000 to $180,000+ annually based on experience and performance.

- Ability to learn DMS and scheduling systems

Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years service advisor experience preferred
