Job Summary
Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer experience by managing additional assignments that leave a positive impression. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to prevent mishandling. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers and distribute work between technicians efficiently. This role is located in the Main Shop at Fury Motors in South St. Paul, where we are a family-owned dealership offering a one-stop-shop for automotive needs in the Twin Cities Metro area. Dealership experience with high volume and high sales is preferred.
