Job Summary
Greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information, then clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns. Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs, preparing an accurate estimate for the cost of services. Monitor the service process and update customers frequently, while communicating completed services and charges. Verify invoices and repair orders, and assist the Service Manager as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a focus on detail, and the ability to work well in a process-driven, fast-paced environment.
