Job Summary
Service Advisor at Friendship CJDR of Johnson City: Welcome customers, collect vehicle information, document issues and concerns, determine and recommend maintenance or repairs, prepare accurate service estimates, monitor service progress and provide updates, communicate completed services and charges, verify invoices and repair orders, and assist the Service Manager as needed. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a Service Advisor role (preferred), strong customer service orientation, excellent written and oral communication, ability to thrive in a process-driven, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a professional appearance. Compensation is driven by incentives and commission with training based on experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and wellness/gym reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience with verifiable success in a Service Advisor role preferred
