Job Summary
Greet customers, understand their service needs, and schedule appointments using our Appointment Scheduler. Create and manage work orders with clarity, then provide timely updates and discuss service options while closing orders accurately. Collaborate with technicians and warranty advisors to ensure seamless delivery, perform quality control checks, and maintain accurate billing. Requires valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and ability to work various shifts including Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent life experience
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to work
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, and occasional lifting
- pre-employment background checks will be conducted
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the RV or automotive industry
- Experience in customer service or a sales environment (1+ year preferred)
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry
- Has exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, professional attitude
- Is empathetic and can handle customer concerns with tact and diplomacy
- Has strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work alongside technicians and fellow service advisors
- Has basic computer skills and is comfortable with data entry and scheduling software
