Job Summary
Service Advisor in powersports, serving in the service lane. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, collecting powersports vehicle information, documenting issues on repair orders, referencing service history, inspecting vehicles, recommending additional needed service, providing complete written cost estimates for labor and parts, monitoring repair progress, communicating changes to customers with clear cost/time explanations, obtaining proper authorization for additional work, ensuring work is completed and properly closed, and explaining all charges to customers. Requires 2–4 years related experience and/or training (or equivalent), strong written and verbal communication skills, a team focus, experience with technology to enhance the customer experience, ability to multi-task, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
- Valid driver's license.
