Job Summary
Service Advisor at Ford Braintree within Asbury Automotive Group. Face of the dealership for service customers; responsibilities include presenting and selling needed products and services, providing estimates, scheduling, communicating completion times, answering calls, maintaining appointments, following warranty guidelines, and upholding CSI. Requires strong customer service, phone and computer skills; prior automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred; 18+ with valid driver's license; background and drug screening required.
