Job Summary
Service Advisor at Ford Spring Hill responsible for greeting customers, accurately documenting vehicle symptoms and repair requests, recommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines, preparing repair orders, communicating with technicians regarding customer concerns, keeping customers informed with updates and additional repair recommendations, reviewing completed repairs with customers, and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
