Job Summary
Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance. Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and communicate updates clearly while maintaining detailed records of service orders. Qualify customer problems for technicians, ensure approval for remedial work, and promote parts and accessories to maximize departmental profitability. Estimate costs and time for service delivery while managing internal coordination to adhere to customer commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates MUST possess above-average phone and communication skills
- Must bring a positive, upbeat attitude to this role and be completely comfortable upselling clients on products and services
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients
- Ability to evolve and adapt to changing business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of power sports vehicles is a plus
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Reliable and professional with a customer-first approach
- Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer preferred
