Job Summary
Service Advisor for an automotive dealership responsible for overseeing service orders, managing the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring courteous customer service, allocating technician time efficiently, answering vehicle-related questions (warranties, services, repairs), maintaining customer satisfaction metrics, assisting with diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts/tools, overseeing warranty claims administration, training and supervising the service department, and upholding company policies and regulatory compliance. Requires strong communication, organization, team-work, and a track record of service and/or sales success; in-person role with an emphasis on customer experience and operational efficiency in a dealership setting.
