Job Summary
As a Service Advisor at the DCH Toyota Scion of Oxnard dealership, you will initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying vehicle performance issues and service requests, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain customer records. You will serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, communicate recommended services and costs, obtain approvals, and administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs. You will prepare repair orders, enter them into the service database, keep customers informed of service progress and expenses, and contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications include prior Service Advisor experience (preferred), basic mechanical understanding of automobiles, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
