Job Summary
Service Advisor at Lithia Ford of Roseburg to initiate automotive services and repairs, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders, and communicate service needs between customers and technicians. Responsibilities include administering manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs, maintaining customer records, informing customers of service specials and completion times, and ensuring customers understand recommended services. Requires valid driver’s license and a focus on exemplary customer service; prior automotive technician experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
