Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to needs, and schedule appointments; obtain and report vehicle symptoms; prepare complete cost estimates for labor and parts; monitor repair order progress and update customers; verify final invoices and explain completed work and charges to customers; cash out customers. Preference for candidates with experience at a Chrysler dealership or in service-advisor roles, strong customer-satisfaction track record, ability to learn new technologies, and an energetic, long-term-career mindset. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
