Job Summary
Service Advisor for a heavy-duty truck service department. Primary responsibilities include being the first point of contact for customers, accurately listening to and documenting vehicle problems on repair orders, communicating vehicle needs to technicians, following up on repairs, maintaining a professional demeanor, and Calling customers to remind them of upcoming service appointments. Requires 1 year of Service Advisor experience, strong customer service and communication skills, professional appearance, urgency, multitasking ability, and a valid driver's license. Heavy Duty truck experience is preferred. Competitive hourly pay ($24-$38/hour DOE), full benefits from day one, and opportunities for career advancement within a dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
