Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will actively listen to customers, document problems or services needed, prepare service orders, engage in upsells and promotions for additional equipment and services, obtain customer authorizations and signatures, present repair orders to the Foreman for dispatch, prepare and present quotes, communicate with customers and the foreman as needed, work with the Foreman to ensure repairs are completed, prepare invoice repair orders, and coordinate customer pickup or delivery while ensuring secured payments are processed prior to releasing serviced vehicles. You will also update Uptime Pro (Freightliner Elite Support Locations) and participate in related service center activities while operating in an environment that may involve indoor/outdoor work and variable weather.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing
