Job Summary
Service Advisor at a leading power sports dealership in El Cajon, CA. Responsibilities include greeting customers, writing up concerns, performing RO Follow-ups, up-selling, dispatching ROs, QC checks on closed ROs, follow-up calls on recalls, maintaining appointment schedules, and providing outstanding customer service. Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- Strong background in the Motorsports industry
- Prefer interest or experience in Motorsports industry
- Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Requires excellent communication skills to deal with customers and employees
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint or the equivalent
