Job Summary
Service Advisor acts as the face of the dealership for service customers, greeting guests and building rapport to promote customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include presenting and selling needed products or services, estimating repairs accurately, communicating completion times to customers and technicians, answering service calls, maintaining service appointments, and following warranty guidelines and CSI targets. The role emphasizes adherence to manufacturer specifications, facilitating a smooth car-maintenance experience, and contributing to the overall guest-centric dealership culture. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass pre-employment screenings, and prior automotive Service Advisor experience is heavily preferred; strong customer service, phone, and computer skills are essential. Pay is hourly with in-person duties in Frisco, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision
- Great customer service, phone and computer skills
