Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner, obtain pertinent vehicle information, and actively build rapport to promote satisfaction and retention. Advise clients on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications, generate accurate repair estimates, and establish completion times with technicians. Answer incoming service calls, maintain and schedule appointments, and follow prescribed post-follow-up procedures to drive return visits and CSI scores. Strictly adhere to manufacturer warranty guidelines, federal laws, and company policies regarding data and property safeguarding. Manage a fast-paced environment with limited supervision while maintaining honesty and integrity. Must be eighteen or older with a valid driver's license and strong phone and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision
- Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
