Job Summary
Greet service guests as they enter the department and communicate with them throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair process. Listen to guests to properly assess service needs or concerns, coordinate with technicians to provide the necessary information for service completion, and keep customers updated on service status. Maintain customer happiness scores at or above company standards and foster positive relations with factories and the team. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
