Service Advisor Customer Service Representative

Receive and deliver on customer requests via phone and in person, effectively understanding needs and clearly communicating promise times. Help manage the daily schedule while creating a professional environment that builds rapport. Answer questions about service requests and needs, using strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
