Job Summary
Assist service department in achieving KPIs; provide prompt multi-channel customer support (Chat/Email/Phone); interview customers, gather details, and open jobs; coordinate and assist workshop scheduling; document customer inquiries in Cummins systems; quote repairs using Cummins Operating System; close out jobs for month end; process labor into SRT and warranty guidelines; resolve non-routine issues leveraging Cummins processes; handle invoicing & cash sales; submit warranty claims including goodwill; determine coverages, account availability, and payment terms; escalate complex issues with documentation; contribute ideas to make processes more customer-centric or efficient; participate in ad hoc projects and pilot programs.
