Job Summary
Service Advisor to join Crain Chevrolet's service department. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide information about products and services, troubleshoot and resolve product issues, document and update customer records, and develop/maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services. Strong customer-service, sales-oriented communication, rapport-building, multitasking, and professional demeanor are desired; experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
