Job Summary
Service Advisor role at Crain Kia of Conway responsible for assisting customers with product and service information, handling inquiries and complaints, troubleshooting and resolving product issues, documenting all interactions, and maintaining knowledge of evolving products and services. Requires customer service or sales experience, ability to build rapport, multitask, and communicate effectively; must pass background check and drug screen and have a clean driving record.
