Job Summary
Service Advisor responsible for serving as the primary contact between customers and the service department, greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, explaining recommended services, preparing and presenting service estimates, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, quality service, processing service orders and payments, and maintaining customer relationships while staying informed about Kia products and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE in an automotive service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
