Job Summary
Experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant to greet customers, collect vehicle information, secure repair approvals, present maintenance recommendations using manufacturer specifications, prepare estimates with expected completion times, track repair progress, handle inquiries, communicate progress with customers, and deliver vehicles while explaining charges. Requires strong customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver license; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more year’s related experience in an automotive service advisor/consultant position preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
