Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, listening to concerns, documenting requests, and communicating equipment issues clearly. Build strong relationships by preparing accurate estimates for parts, labor, and costs, obtaining customer approval, and coordinating parts requirements with the Parts Department. Track repair progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare final invoices while ensuring repairs move efficiently from initial concern through final delivery. Follow up post-repair to confirm needs were met. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with potential seasonal Saturday rotation; pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple repairs and priorities at the same time
- Comfort discussing repair needs, estimates, parts, and labor with customers
- The ability to communicate effectively with technicians and service management
- Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or diesel systems
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn service and dealership software
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Experience working with construction, industrial, agricultural, aerial, or heavy equipment
