Job Summary
As a Service Advisor at Gresham Subaru, you will be the key link between service technicians and guests, guiding customers through the service and repair process, communicating clearly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include driving the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast, prioritizing required services, providing options upon request, keeping customers informed on completion times and service expenses, and ensuring a positive dealership experience. The role requires 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience and dealership experience, with strong communication skills and a reliable work history.
