Job Summary
Greet customers and initiate the write-up process, determining their needs and conveying this information onto the repair order. Provide supporting documents for warranty coverage, document customer requests regarding payment and vehicle arrangements, and acquire approvals for service tickets. Responsible for answering service phone calls and maintaining product knowledge to assist the customer. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive manner
- Ability to pass physicals and drug tests
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to climb around, on, and under trucks
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder
Additional Requirements
- Must submit to pre-employment testing for marijuana
